Being healthy, fit, pain-free and strong comes from a place of balance and mindfulness. It does not require you to bench press obscene weights or push yourself beyond your limits. You don't have to embrace the mainstream fitness lifestyle or come from sporting backgrounds. Just have a deeper yearning to better understand your vessel and learn how you move, breath and think.

I truly believe pills and drugs cannot be the solution to chronic pain. I’ve been dealing with pain and injury even before my first (of many) knee surgeries at age 13 and spent my whole adolescent life in and out of physical therapist clinics and hospitals with injuries bouncing around
my body like a pinball machine.

I always felt there was something missing and overlooked throughout my entire rehab process. The solutions felt so short sighted. I have dedicated my life to better understanding not just how to treat an injury, but to follow the path and learn WHY it happened.
Why did the injury occur in the first place? Where is the weak link in the chain that caused it to break further down the line?

I’ve learned, there is always an answer when you start to explore the chain, and more importantly, most of these long-term chronic
injuries we just accept as part of who we are, are preventable and curable.

Everything in our body is connected. Not just in the physical channels. In order to heal, one must be able to shift their perspective and thoughts around their physical traumas, pain and dysfunction.  When the mind and body are in symmetry, this is the harmony to be your best self.
